Mellow Yellow Monday - Mango Snow Ice
I had this when I was in Singapore. It's similar to a sorbet only it is made with dairy . The texture is very fine and fluffy. It tasted like real mango on ice and it was yummy. The syrup tasted great too.

It looks good but I'm not a fan of mango so I might not enjoy it much. I would pick pineapple, raspberry or lime. :)
