Tea, a sunburn soother

If you got a bit too much sun, try a tea soak. Who says you have to suffer for days when your skin is sunburned? Simply grab 6 to 10 tea bags, then toss them into a lukewarm shallow bath. After the water turns medium-brown, get in and gently sponge the liquid onto inflamed areas for 10 to 15 minutes. Tea contains tannic acid and theobromine that act as anti-inflammatories, shrinking blood vessels to calm skin. Plus, it's packed with antioxidants that speeds up cell renewal.
