Minimize Pores Naturally

You can't change the size of your pores, but there is definitely something you can do to minimize them. And yes, you can do it naturally. Read on.

Pores become larger in appearance because of dirt and debris and when they are clogged with dead skin cells. This makes your complexion look dull, rough, and dry. Big pores are discouraging but you can help make them look a lot smaller by using a pore minimizer that works to open up the pores and clear away dirt and debris and slough off dead skin cells.

For a natural home remedy. Simply combine lemon juice, rose water, and cucumber. Peel and crush cucumber then add several drops of lemon juice. Add a teaspoon of rose water and mix together. Put the blend over two separate layers of a thin cloth, such as cheese cloth, and place it directly over your face. Allow the blend to remain for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove the cloth and then thoroughly rinse your face.

As much as possible, avoid using an astringent. It can dry out skin and lead to overproduction of oil within the glands, and can irritate pores causing them to enlarge. If you feel you must follow up with an astringent to thoroughly clean your face, try witch hazel instead. It's a natural, gentle astringent and won't be harsh on your skin.

This is a nice DIY thingy. A lot in the market now say that collagen minimizes the pores.

Where can I get rose water and witch hazel? Normal grocery stores or pharmacy?

Thanks for sharing. I agree regarding the astringent, I'm trying it now and it really did dry my skin out.
