This is my version of Spaghetti Napolitana. We had left over pasta from our Spaghetti Bolognese the other day so I thought of making this easy to prepare dish. The recipe is very simple and you can prepare it in less than 30 minutes (feeling like Rachel Ray, he-he). And oh, by the way, the basil and bell peppers were freshly picked from my "mini garden".
