Zapped Energy
If you've got tons of things to do and it seems that you're energy have been zapped here's what you should do. Sit upright in a chair. Use your thumbs to press the outside of your upper chest, just below your armpit and under your first rib. Maintain pressure for one minute. When you have activated the pressure point, anxious energy will flow outward from the area providing you with a burst of power that can help you get through all the tasks until night time. I've tried it many times and it really works.
