Speedy Recovery
When you're sick in bed, the fastest way to get back on your feet is to snack on dried apricots and ginseng tea according to USDA researchers. The fruit is full of beta-carotene that boosts virus-fighting cells. This nutrient can also be found in spinach, sweet potatoes, carrots and cantaloupe.
Ginseng tea can slash away two days off the duration of an illness. It triggers 30% rise in blood levels of T-cells. These T-cells produce a lot of immune-stimulating chemicals when viruses attack. Moreover, ginseng eases symptoms of viral infections such as headaches, fatigue, nausea and brain fog.
So when you're feeling under the weather, try dried apricots and ginseng tea for speedy recovery.

Thanks for sharing. Apricot may seem to be neutral. Doctors seem to remind us that ginseng may have counter-reaction with certain medications if you take prescription drugs.
