    Erase Blemishes

Out of pimple cream? Here's a way to get rid of problem pimple you can do at home and save you some money. Crush one aspirin tablet and add two to four drops of lemon or calamansi juice to form a paste. Apply to affected area and let sit for 20 minutes. The salicylic acid in aspirin and the alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) in lemons penetrate pimples, causing dead skin cells and trapped oil to loosen so they can be rinsed away.

    DIY Lip Moisturizer

Want to have soft lips? Pamper your kisser with this simple do-it-yourself lip moisturizer. To do: Add a few drops of olive and a pinch each of salt and sugar to an orange slice. Gently rub on your lips for 2 to 3 minutes. This citrus-infused exfoliation will leave your lips hydrated and kissably soft.

    Thank You FC!!!

    Surf, Sand and Beach

One of the places I dream of visiting is the Caribbean. If only I could find the time to get away right now, book an all inclusive Jamaica vacation and enjoy the seductive beauty of the Caribbean waters, I would. Who wouldn't want to travel in style, bask in the sun, take a dip in the beautiful deep blue waters, and just enjoy the breathtaking views of the island with my love? This paradise has been noted for its picturesque beaches, emerald jungles, rugged mountains and a perfect climate. That for me, is a perfect vacation! Sigh, I just wish I can make all these works disappear, make reservations at one of the finest caribbean hotels and take the next flight to the Caribbean.

But since I won't have that dream getaway anytime soon, I just content myself browsing at different websites. Filling my eyes with those impossibly blue Caribbean waters. The Ocho Rios hotels is highly recommended. They say, if it's a quiet vacation you are looking, stay there and experience a vacation you will never forget. So if you're planning a vacation where you can just simply get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, book for Caribbean tours. For more info on booking, reservations and promotions, just click on the link to be directed to the site.

    DIY Body Scrub

So many health benefits have been written about chocolate and it's also been proven to soothe and protect skin. Chocolate is rich in polyphenols, antioxidants that protect skin from the ultraviolet damage that can trigger fine lines and chapping. But you don't have to go to a spa to enjoy the beauty benefits. You can actually make your own fortifying body scrub. To do: Combine 1/2 cup each white sugar, brown sugar, canola oil and cocoa powder in a container with a lid. Stir well. In the shower, apply to skin and massage; rinse. Your DIY body scrub will last up to six omnths when stored in a cool dry place.

    Why You Need LTC

It pays to know that you will be taken care of when the time comes that you can no longer take care of yourself. So plan ahead and ease future burdens. A long term care insurance can play a very important role in your life and your family. Long term care can be very expensive, whether you will be in an assisted living community, in a nursing home or even in your home, the cost depends on the amount and type of care you need and where you get it. Medicare and private health care insurance won't pay for these expenses. It's good that insurance companies now are offering this type of insurance. Long term care insurance is intended to defray costs and protect the money you save for illness and retirement. If you are getting one for the first time or you already have an insurance but want to add more, it's important to know that you can make the most out of it.

Look for a solid insurance company when buying a long term care insurance, such as Long Term Care Insure. Since you won't be using your long term care any time soon, you want to make sure the company is still around when you need it. With this company, you are sure you are dealing with a reputable and reliable company. Now is the time to take action because just like a life insurance, the younger you are, the lower the premiums. Ensure your future, click on the links for more info.

Knowing The Best and The Worst

When I was new to blogging and have decided to purchase a web hosting solution, I did not bother to ask anybody. I was shy to ask anyone, so even without any knowledge on how it works, I did it on my own. I knew of some friends who were using the same web hosting solution so I thought it's alright to purchase the same one they are using. Only to realize later that I made a big blunder. I really should have asked them first and made sure that the company is reliable. I learned later that they were just waiting for their contracts to finish in order for them to switch to another solution. There were more downtimes than uptimes!

I had no other choice but to wait up for a year. A few months before my contract was to end, I did my assignment. I asked around and searched the web for the best web hosting providers. It wasn't so hard because I found a site where comprehensive reviews of the top web host providers were done for people like me. Here, all the best providers are presented to you with all their plans, features, and prices complete with their web hosting awards. All you need to do is choose which of them fits your criteria and budget. No more sweet talks, no more promises, definitely lesser downtimes and each subscriber is given their own dedicated servers.

This is a free service site to guide those who are looking for the best hosting services and know which are the worst through their web hosting reviews. You can also find web hosting instructions and tips on how to make money with web hosting. Check the site for more info.

    Fresh Herbs to Block MSG

Did you know that flavoring a dish or two everyday with fresh ginger, rosemary or oregano can armor your body against headaches and muscle soreness triggered by your daily intake of MSG? Thanks to fresh herbs' and spices' high amounts of natural plant chemicals, like gingerol and rosmarinic acid, compounds that inhibit the output of an enzyme that enables prostaglandin and thromboxane to be released in the body.

A diet high in MSG does not only give you headaches and muscle soreness but it can also triple a woman's odds of being overweight. MSG's glutamate overstimulates nerve cells to damage or even destroy them, triggering cravings and weight gain, plus draining symptoms such as headaches, fatigue, stress and brain fog. While it is hard to eliminate MSG when you're eating out, the above mentioned herbs can block it.
