Some Like It Hot

My husband loves hot and spicy foods. Some of his most favorite are Mexican and Southeast Asian cuisine. These are very spicy dishes. He also loves anything grilled. I don't know how he can take it, but he still sprinkles TABASCO® Original Red on already spicy foods. He says, it is more than just the kick of pepper,  but  each drizzle brings out the flavor of the food.   Pizza is another favorite food of his, and my kids must have taken after him as they too, love a few dashes of tabasco on it.  Pizza is already a mix of wonderful flavors but a drizzle of tabasco makes it Pizza Perfected.

Hubs makes very good steaks. I must admit that I've started to like them hot too. Our friends love the sweetness and spiciness of his grilled dishes. They love his marinade so much that they often ask him to be the grill master during their own parties.
