Ward Off Sunburn with Watermelon

Sunburn?  Ward it off with watermelon.  The juicy fruit is packed with lycopene, an antioxidant that protects skin against UV-induced free radical damage.  Studies show that people who had a daily lycopene intake equivalent to the amount in two cups of watermelon experienced 40 percent less intense sunburn after exposure to UV light.
