Breaking out?  It could be because of the milk you pour daily on your cereal.  I read an article that links dairy products to pimples. According to the article, dairy stimulates the body to produce a variety of hormones, including insulin and insulin-like growth factor, that can aggravate acne.

If you are prone to acne, it would be best to avoid whole milk and full-fat dairy products.  This includes cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and ice cream. Sweetened lattes, cappuccinos, and other coffee drinks are the worst offenders, they don't only contain dairy but they are loaded with sugar which can make acne worse.  Soy and almond milks are your best alternative.
