    Apple Juice for Your Skin

This is the first time that I have read about apple juice being great for the skin.  According to the article, the juice is an effective home remedy for erasing wrinkles; itching;and  inflammation.   It can also be used as toner and conditioner.  I know that apples have been used for skin healing but I didn't know it can heal the unsightly lines too.

Using a cotton ball, apply the juice on wrinkles and let sit for a few minutes then rinse as usual.  When taking a bath, add one cup of apple juice to your bath water to keep your skin always soft and smooth.  If you're going to use it as a conditioner, use it as a final rinse after shampooing.  The juice will not only keep your hair smooth and shiny but free of dandruff too.

    California personal injury attorney

Have you ever been charged with a crime?  Or are you filing a case against a person or company that has caused you sickness or injuries?  Sometimes, things like this happen no matter how much we try to avoid it.  But whether you are guilty of a crime or you are filing a case to get compensation, what really matters is you are properly represented.  If you live in the state of California, a California personal injury attorney has the most experience in this kind of cases.  You will have the greatest advantage if you choose them to represent you.  Big companies have a team of good lawyers; you need someone you can rely on to help you win the battle.

    He Should Work Again

After retiring from her job, my uncle gained a lot of weight and he said he feels useless.  It's really hard when you're used to doing something (especially if you love what you're doing) then you suddenly stop doing it.  My cousin says she noticed that her dad looked lonely.  I warned her that it might lead to depression so she should encourage him to work again or at least do something like having a hobby.

Should he decide to go back to work, he could easily be hired with his skills especially now that there are  so many openings for Fast Food Cook Jobs. Uncle Pio loves to cook and he loved his job so much. Working again will not only keep him busy but it'll keep his mind from thinking that he's alone.

    Merry Christmas!

May this Christmas end the present year
In a cheerful note and make way
For a fresh and bright new year.
    Here’s wishing you a
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

    What a relief!

It was too good to be true. We thought our son has perfect teeth. After a recent visit to our dentist, we found out that he needs to wear braces. He's been taking care of his teeth; his teeth are healthy and has no cavities. Our trips to the dentist are merely for checkups and cleaning. However, he has a wayward tooth that could eventually push some of his teeth out of line. The tooth needs to be extracted and the braces would put everything back in line.

The good thing is that our family has dental insurance. My husband also has a company dental plan on top of his personal plan. If we put them all together, the braces wouldn't cost so much. It is always wise to have these. The discounts significantly reduces the cost of such expensive dental treatments. This is the reason why my husband invests in these programs. They eventually pay for every dollar into them. Many would dismiss them as extra expense until they are faced with a situation. Then they regret not planning for any eventuality. I'm glad my husband made sure we're all covered by different plans. A family's health and well being always comes first.

    Embryonic Stem Cells Differentiation

Developing super cells can help a patient overcome his or her medical condition.  Through embryonic stem cells differentiation, specialized cells are developed.  These cells are bigger in size and have specific uses.  Differentiation is developed clinically; derived from fertilized eggs and cultured in a laboratory setting, they are made stronger.  These cells are stronger because they are developed to differentiate into different types of adult cells.  Just imagine its medical impact.  These are healthy and strong cells which can eventually replace damaged and ailing cells. Coming from embryos, these are pure cells completely devoid of any contamination or disease.  These cells will practically give a new life to any patient.

    Make Your Skin Glow

You know that sweet potatoes are good for your body.  It can aid in weight loss because it can keep you full longer.  But you probably don't know that  sweet potatoes can also make your skin glow.  The root vegetable can  make your skin silky smooth.  Thanks to its rich store of beta-carotene that converts into vitamin A once ingested, which is the one responsible for making your skin smooth to the touch.

    Blood Test for Good Health

A lot of people now are becoming more conscious about their health and they all aim to live a healthier and longer life.   This is a good sign because the rate of diabetes have significantly increased over the past years.  It's probably because of our poor diet quality and lack of exercise; but it can also be genetic.  Diabetes runs in my family that is why mom constantly nags reminds us to have our blood tests regularly.  My dad is already on the verge so mom watches his diet ever since we found out that his sugar level was high.  My dad's father died from complications.  Mom said I was about 5 when he died; his kidney was badly damaged because of poor blood sugar control.  Though sometimes mom's reminders get irritating, she is right.  By having our blood tested regularly, we'll know immediately if something is wrong and prevent or do something about it before it gets bad.

It was also through my blood test that I was diagnosed with respiratory tract infection in 2010 and it is for that reason that I quit smoking.  Having your blood tested from time to time is very beneficial; it will ensure that you are living healthy.

    CFC Assay

CFC Assay is kind of hard to understand.  I had to make a thorough research when I heard that it has something to do with stem cell development.  My dad is a diabetic and my FIL suffered from several heart attacks; I am looking for ways to help them battle these diseases.  The medical terms they used to explain are hard to comprehend, what I do understand though is that stem cells are being cultured to replace the damaged cells caused by the diseases.  I just hope that it won't take them very long to make it available for us.

    Mesenchymal Stem Cells

It may not be ready for us yet but soon enough there will be a cure for the damages caused by a heart attack.  Scientists and researchers are still developing the possibility of reversing the damaged cells and healing the wounds from the attack through mesenchymal stem cells.  They have already tested it on animals and the tests worked out well.  Soon enough this will be tried on humans and hopefully will be available for heart attack sufferers.  My FIL had three attacks and we're hoping this is the answer to our prayers.  I hope the experts will make this available really soon.

    Methylcellulose Based Media

My cousin is very excited that their team will be working on a new project.  As a cancer researcher it is her duty to study the different types of cancers and know the cause so she can find ways to prevent the cancer from occurring.  She mentioned about methylcellulose based media.  She tried to explain it to me but I didn't understand it very well.  All I know is that it has something to do with their study of stem cells.  These cells are believed to be the answer to most of our medical problems like cancers, heart disease and diabetes.

    Mesenchymal Stem Cells for FIL

My father in law might just have hope.  He suffered from several heart attacks and although he survived all of it (he had three!), his heart has been damaged and is very weak.  I've read about mesenchymal stem cells and that's great news for all of us.  Apparently, the procedure will help reverse the damages caused by the attack and heal the scars; this will make the heart strong again and will help it pump blood at a normal level.   The experts are still in the process of testing it but soon the public will be able to enjoy its benefits.

Step By Step Isolation of B Cells

My sister just started for a new employer. She used to work in a diagnostic lab which determines diseases. It's more like a pathology laboratory. She's used to tissue analysis especially for biopsy. This new lab specializes on stem cell research. She has been assigned to cell isolation. Being new to this procedure, a media kit which shows the step by step  isolation of b cells was at hand for her use. She quickly grasped the procedure and could now do it on her own. Her boss is so impressed that she received a raise despite working for the lab for just a month.

    I'll Visit Cymax

Last night's get together party was held in my friend's house.  She specifically requested that we do it there because she wanted us to see what she did to her home.  Nina is not a professional but her house looks like it was done by an interior decorator.  It was elegant and beautiful and I love that her furniture matched the decorations.  She said she got everything from Cymax and all she did was put them together.  That gave me an idea because I wanted to redo my kitchen.  I'll give the shop a visit and see what I can find for my kitchen.

    Cell Line Development

The wonders of medicine may now cure major diseases. This will give not a new lease on life but giving new life. Stem cell research has given hope to the stricken and hopeless. Through cell line development, we can now cultivate healthy cells that could replace our sick and diseased cells. Cancer, diabetes, heart disease and even Parkinson's can be cured through this new discovery. Everything can now be reversed. A few decades ago, this was not possible. With dedicated advocates of life, we are given a fighting chance of a healthy and lengthy life. Especially for the very young, this will allow them to enjoy life.

    She Studies Cancer Stem Cells

My mom never thought my sister would end up as a lab technician.  Back here she was a happy-go-lucky girl.  She graduated from an advertising course but she never worked.  I guess dad and mom really spoiled her a lot.  And then one time we were all surprised when she announced that she wanted to leave for the US for good.  I wondered if she could live without any of us.  Although a little worried, my mom and dad agreed.

She stayed with my aunt and worked part time in a supermarket. A few months later she was hired to work in a laboratory where they study cancer stem cells.  That's where she learned her skills.  She worked and studied at the same time until she got her certificate.  Rumor has it that she will be promoted as a manager before the year ends.

    Ensuring Earnings Through Infinite Banking

Many people do not realize that life insurance can give you more earnings than your regular savings bank. Interest rates for savings is small and subject to tax. Your life insurance has more benefits attached to it. It actually is an investment and is shielded from tax. Earnings through interest are higher than what your bank will give you. You can draw your profit in the form of dividends. It's not adversely affected by economic factors and the rate of return is guaranteed. Its benefits cannot be quantified, that is why the system is called Infinite Banking. This will surely be the next big financial revolution.

    The Yummy Kiwi

Thinning hair problems?  Restore it with kiwifruit.  The fruit contains the carb inositol, which helps generate hair-follicle growth that protect against the free-radical damage that leads to thinning.  Eat the fruit everyday to fix thinning hair.

    Cymax Inspired

My husband and I were invited to view a new condominium complex. Cocktails were served. After a short presentation, agents took the guests for a tour of the facilities. The complex has a gym in every building. A huge swimming pool was located at the back portion of the complex for the residents. There were function rooms for parties and other activities. There is a big playground where children can play. The basement has several levels specifically for the vehicles of the unit owners. We were shown some model units. Equally impressive are the furnishings used in the different model units. From the studio type to the big 3-bedroom unit, the developers used items from Cymax. The developers really did a good job.

    Cymax At The Expo

Everything is now being sold in the world wide web. I went to an expo showcasing the many online stores. The different booths displayed their different products. There were sites that sell personal effects and clothing. Some sell car parts and some sell sports equipment. I took a look at those that sell toys and games. I also took interest to the sites that sell baby stuff. I have six month old twins. The part I liked most were those that sell house items. Several offered furnishings. The Cymax booth showcased the many products they sell online. I liked their room packages that coordinated every piece of furniture with the cabinets and decors. I had a great time at the expo.

    New Development

The area around our beach house is being developed into an exclusive subdivision. Pipes are being laid, roads being paved and several pumping stations for the underground reservoir are being constructed. Several Water Well Drilling Rigs were busy drilling for water. Tapping the underground reservoir will be less expensive and ensure that a steady supply will be available to every household. Every house as I have learned, will be equipped with solar panels for heating and lighting. This will lessen the household expenses. This just one of the few developments that I have seen that takes environmental issues seriously.

Because of the renewable energy systems they used, they could practically live off the grid. Homeowners have the option to install small windmills that could supply even more electricity. Model units of these environment-friendly houses can be viewed by prospective buyers. With the constant strong winds coming from the sea, the windmills alone could supply every home with power. Our beach house has four small windmills that generates electricity for our modest place. I'm happy that we will soon have neighbors. We're the only house in that area. I just hope that our new neighbors will take care of the place we consider our second home.

    RT|WW - Still decorating

    Wordless Wednesday

    Makeover By Cymax

My cousin had recently renovated her home. The makeover was done in stages. It started with the bathrooms where all the cabinets and fixtures were changed. The bedrooms were next to be done. This time around, even the bed was replaced. All the bedrooms had different furnishings, cabinets and lighting fixtures. Each bedroom was done to the occupant's taste. The kitchen and dining room had the same design and motif. The living room and den were done the same way. All the decorations were matched with the rooms. All these were made possible by getting all the items from just one place. You may call this, "makeover by Cymax". After all, every item and piece of furniture was bought from them.

Find Everything You Need at Cymax

I found this very cute girl's bedroom while browsing the internet for some interior design ideas.  Mai is planning to redecorate her twins' room and she'd like to play with pastel colors.  I think she's gonna love this very cute room because of it's soft and dainty hues.  I also checked if I can easily order the furniture and my search led me to Cymax.  It is a one stop furniture shop where you can get everything you need.  It's easy to mix and match when you can easily find everything you need in one store.  Mai will be happy to see what I found for her and the twins.  I can't wait to show her the picture.

    Cymax, an online shop

One of my favorite things to do whenever I have a time to browse the internet is to look for interior designs.  I like looking at beautiful bedrooms and living rooms especially when the theme matches the furniture.  Sometimes I also visit different furniture stores just to check on what's new and what's on sale.   Actually I have already bookmarked some of my favorite online shops like Cymax because I plan to do a major living room makeover on the second quarter of next year so I'm already getting ideas.  Red and white looks great so I'm keeping these colors in mind.  What do you think?  Does this look great?

    Cymax Deal

My cousin just moved to Toronto. He got a new apartment but it was bare. For his furnishings, he got in touch with Cymax and ordered the furniture he needed. It's a one stop online shop for everything you need at home. He even ordered his bathroom fixtures from them. They had great deals that he just couldn't ignore. Their selection is so big that you just couldn't easily decide which item to buy. He settled for the sets they offered so that his new place would have a uniformed look. To buy items that don't match would make his apartment look disorganized. His place looks great.

Mellow Yellow Monday - Mango Snow Ice

    MellowYellowBadge

I had this when I was in Singapore.  It's similar to a sorbet only it is made with dairy .  The texture is very fine and fluffy.  It tasted like real mango on ice and it was yummy.  The syrup tasted great too.

    Soothe Irritated Skin

Back in the old days, the Indians used pumpkin seeds to speed the healing of irritated, flaky skin.  Now, science proves that they can really soothe skin problems.  That's because the oil in these seeds can reduce inflammation as effectively as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.  Plus, the seeds are rich in skin-healing zinc and copper.  Enjoy a handful of the yummy seeds as a snack or add them to salads or granola.

    Leave a Lasting Impression

Tis the season of giving but with the tight economy and the not-so good sales, how can you manage to give out gifts to your clients and customers? Well, you can still thank your clients and show love and appreciation even with a tight budget with customized mugs.

These promotional mugs are very useful and everyone would love to receive this friendly and efficient mugs. Promo mugs now are artistically designed unlike the plain mugs with logos that we used to get before. You can still have your logos printed on them so your clients will always remember your products and I'm sure your logo will look good on their stylish designs.

I've discovered these mugs when I was helping hubs look for Christmas giveaways. He liked the designs so we ordered several hundreds for their clients. His clients loved them and some of them asked where he got those beautiful mugs.

When you just can't think of gifts to your valued clients and prospective buyers, or you are thinking of promoting a certain product; you'll never go wrong with customized mugs. Remember, first impressions last and seeing those stylish mugs with your logo on it will definitely leave a lasting impression.
